You’ll work alongside the great members of our property management team to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to the satisfaction of our tenants and owners. This role reports to the Area Manager.

- Onboard new prospects, follow up on leads, advertise, and show properties to prospective tenants.
- Choose qualified tenants and create rental agreements.
- Collect rent and deposits, and perform rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Enforce rental agreement terms and conditions, and resolve tenant complaints.
- Regularly inspect the property and schedule maintenance and repairs to keep it in top condition.
- Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and eviction proceedings.
- Maintain open dialogue with management on financials, property condition, tenants, and vacancies.
- Provide phone and reception coverage, and attend weekly office meetings and training sessions.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience or an equivalent field. (Required)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and property management software.
- Solid understanding of the property management life cycle and budget/financial management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws, including Fair Housing Laws, the Texas Property Code, and HUD rules and regulations.
- A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance. (Required)
- Familiarity with TAA and TAR lease documents, and experience with Rent Manager software, a plus.

Pay is $22–$25 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience level. Full-time team members also receive:
